Mike and Gary both came to our office at different times, first to check and then to search and repair the leak that had drained my refrigerant.
Amber who gave me the quotes for different options was very clear and reasonably priced.
They were professional, came well equipped and were quick at solving the problem.
I would recommend them with no hesitation.
I also really liked that a text and picture of the technician is sent - it made me feel safer.

New generator installation.
Very professional and thorough. The project was done in a very timely fashion. Orientation regarding the functions of the generator was very informative and detailed. I would recommend these guys very highly.

Renaud installed a Anker Solix home battery backup system at my home. Excellent and clean job. Looks like it was part of the original home build. Very responsive and punctual. Great price.

Renaud installed my Mitsubishi Mini-split approximately 8 yrs ago. I couldn't be happier with the installation. Today Eric did my yearly maintenence. He was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and thorough.

I had used this company previously, so when I had an issue with the cooling not working I made sure to give them a call. they were actually able to come out that same day! Gary was the technician and he was very helpful and personable. I also had to have an electrician come by and they were able to have someone come out the next day. Tristan was wonderful. both employees were efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again.

Everyone did a great job and we are very happy with our decision to choose Renaud. They took a little extra time to educate me and to connect a couple of things in addition to a large panel and heat pump installation - appreciate the workers doing that. Sales people were great too.

Very Professional and Knowledgable - Eric Christensen was the service tech that service my unit... Very very polite/ worked hard/ got it going !!! Wonderful... My sister was there and had nothing to say but great things about this person! Thank you for handling my problem Eric!... We have used Renaud before with great results!! My sister also had them do her new home, and had great response from them too so that made me feel good about calling for our recent problem ... Thanks also to the nice person(Jessica) that set up my appointment - very helpful and friendly!! I was on the phone with my sister while Eric was working and he would come in with updates!! Thank you, Eric! He also quickly sent the email with the info for billing so that I could take care of the bill!
